Ionic should provide first-class support for these new iOS 26 visual changes so that Ionic apps feel native on devices running iOS 26+. This would include updated styles for ion-header, ion-tab-bar, ion-modal, ion-action-sheet, and other components to match the new translucent/glass aesthetic. Ideally with automatic adaptation based on the iOS version, similar to how Ionic has historically matched iOS design updates. This is critical for hybrid apps to maintain a native look and feel as users upgrade to iOS 26.
